LSM centralized m elting furnace (heat exchanger)

★Non-crucible,with heat exchanger,energy-efficient,environment-friendly;

★Independent control of fans in melting chamber and holding chamber reduces oxidation

of molten aluminum;

★Using high-alumina anti-penetration refractory materials, no adhesion of slag;

★There are three furnace doors in the melting chamber, holding chamber and filter

chamber, hence there is less aluminum slag in the holding chamber and the purity of

aluminum liquid is high;

★Using micro porous nano insulation board and aluminum fiber heat insulating material,

temperature of the furnace wall is low;

★The control system adopts Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC mode + touch screen mode,

and the temperature control instrument adopts Omron and Fuji brands,, ensure quality

stability, accuracy of temperature control, and longer lifetime;

★Using high pressure direct flame burner, ensure longer lifetime and lower burning loss

of the material (≤1.5%);

★Online degassing device can be installed according to customer’s demand;

★Melting capacity: 250KG/H---3000KG/H;

★Heating method: natural gas,liquefied petroleum gas or 0# diesel (optional).
