★Equipped with flue gas heat exchanger to heat the combustion air and reduce energy consumption;

★Using Omron and Fuji brand temperature controller and meter, ensure quality stability and longer lifetime;

★Furnace cover is equipped with air cylinder device, which is convenient for slag removal operation;

★The temperature of liquid aluminum and furnace atmosphere are both under control, so as to improve the accuracy of aluminum temperature

control and reduce energy consumption;

★Furnace Type: Rectangular type, Square type, L- type;

★Standard device: flow meter, gas pressure reducing valve;

★Heating method: natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (optional).
